RELEVANT EVENT

Further to the Relevant Events dated December 5th, 2011 (with Registry Nº 154360) and December 22nd, 2011 (with Registry Nº 155340), GRIFOLS, S.A. informs that the 29,687,658 new non-voting class B shares, issued on December 22nd, have been admitted to listing on the four Stock Exchanges in Spain as well as in the Spanish Automated Quotation System as of today; it is foreseen that the ordinary trading will start tomorrow. Trading of the new ADS’s (American Depositary Shares) on the NASDAQ Stock Market is foreseen to start in the first days of January 2012.
