RELEVANT EVENT

Further to the Relevant Events dated December 4th, 2012 (with Registry No 178,294) and January 4th, 2013 (with Registry No 180,783), GRIFOLS, S.A. informs that the 16,328,212 new non-voting class B shares, issued on January 4th, have been admitted to listing on the four Stock Exchanges in Spain as well as in the Spanish Automated Quotation System as of today; it is foreseen that the ordinary trading will start on Monday, January 14th, 2013. Trading of the new ADS’s (American Depositary Shares) on the NASDAQ Stock Market is foreseen to start in the next days.
