SUBSEQUENT EVENT	SUBSEQUENT EVENT On November 1, 2016, the Company signed a legal settlement with its former Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") relating to his claims for advancement of legal fees relating to his defense for actions while employed by the Company. See Note 13 for further discussion.
