NOTE 4 - OTHER PAYABLES

As of June 30, 2020, of the total balance of $171,576, the Company received $143266 as deposit from an unrelated third party to secure a potential joint venture with the Company. The money shall be returned to the interested third party upon completion of the joint venture.
