Item 8.01 Other Events.

On November 3, 2023, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) cleared our 510(k) applications for our t:slim X2 insulin pump and enhancements to our Control-IQ technology with expanded pediatric indications for use in individuals two years of age and older.
