Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 17, 2022, Golden Matrix Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the uplisting of its common stock to the Nasdaq Capital Market. The Company’s common stock will continue to trade under the stock symbol “GMGI”. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated in this Item 7.01 by reference.
