Mark, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Everbridge, relating to the legality of Everbridge’s common stock, par value $0.001 per share, to be offered and sold pursuant to Everbridge’s Registration Statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-262231) and the related prospectus supplement, dated January 19, 2022, and filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Rule 424 under the Securities Act.
