Subsequent Events	Note 21 – Subsequent Events In preparing these consolidated financial statements, subsequent events were evaluated through the time the consolidated financial statements were issued. Financial statements are considered issued when they are widely distributed to all shareholders and other financial statement users, or filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In conjunction with applicable accounting standards, all material subsequent events have either been recognized in the consolidated financial statements or disclosed in the notes to the consolidated financial statements.
