Employee Benefit Plan	Note 11 – Employee Benefit Plan In 2010, the Company introduced a 401(k) defined contribution plan available to all employees to participate in at their discretion. Contributions to the plan charged to expense totaled $16,142 and $9,661 for the years ended 2011 and 2010, respectively.
