Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Common Stock On February 6, 2020, we completed a public offering of 20,700,000 shares of common stock at the price of $16.78 per share. Total net proceeds were approximately $347.0 million after deducting estimated offering costs. Secured Loans We repaid $300.0 million of secured loans from the FHLBI upon their maturity on February 11, 2020 through a combination of available cash and additional repurchase agreement borrowings. Dividends We declared the following dividends on our Series B and Series C Preferred Stock on February 18, 2020 to our stockholders of record as of March 5, 2020: a Series B Preferred Stock dividend of $0.4844 per share payable on March 27, 2020 and a Series C Preferred Stock dividend of $0.46875 per share payable on March 27, 2020.
