EQUITY METHOD INVESTMENT	EQUITY METHOD INVESTMENTIn 2018, the Company had an investment in a limited partnership, FATHOM Water Management Holdings, LLP, which, through subsidiaries, owned Global Water Management, LLC ("GWM"). This investment was accounted for under the equity method due to the investment being considered more than minor. The carrying value of this investment as of December 31, 2018 was $0.1 million. In December of 2019, GWM ceased to provide substantially all of the billing, customer service, and other support services previously provided to its customers, including the Company's regulated utilities. As of December 31, 2019 the carrying value of this investment is zero.
