RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONSIn 2017, the Company's Board of Directors approved a $10.0 million contribution to fund the newly formed LendingTree Foundation. In each of 2020 and 2019, the Company paid $3.3 million of the $10.0 million contribution, and paid the final installment in 2022. In the fourth quarter of 2022, the Company's Board of Directors approved an additional $0.5 million contribution to the LendingTree Foundation that the Company paid in 2023. Officers of the Company serve as officers of the LendingTree Foundation.
