Accounts Payable Forgiveness	NOTE 5 - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE FORGIVENESS In the year ended January 31, 2013, $7,160 in accounts payable was forgiven by related parties; balance forgiven was recorded as additional paid in capital. In the year ended January 31, 2013, $4,882 in accounts was forgiven by non-related parties. The Company recorded a net gain of $4,882 from the debt forgiven in accounts payable by non-related parties.

NOTE 5 - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE FORGIVENESS

In the year ended January 31, 2013, $7,160 in accounts payable was forgiven by related parties; balance forgiven was recorded as additional paid in capital.
