Cash and Cash Equivalents	CASH AND CASH EQUIVALENTS For purposes of the statement of cash flows, the Company considers all highly liquid investments purchased with an original maturity of three months or less to be cash equivalents. As of April 30, 2013 and January 31, 2013 there were no cash equivalents.
