BASIS OF PRESENTATION	NOTE 2 - BASIS OF PRESENTATION The accompanying unaudited consolidated financial statements have been prepared on the same basis as the annual consolidated financial statements. In the opinion of the company, all adjustments considered necessary for a fair statement of the results of the interim periods reported herein have been included (consisting only of normal recurring adjustments). These condensed consolidated financial statements and notes thereto are unaudited and should be read in conjunction with the Company’s audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, as found in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 12, 2025. The results of operations for the nine and three months ended September 30, 2025 are not necessarily indicative of results that could be expected for the entire fiscal year.
