RELATED PARTIES TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 8 – RELATED PARTIES TRANSACTIONS On May 10, 2021, the board of directors of the Company appointed a new member. During the twelve months ended December 31, 2022 and 2021, a consulting company whose founder and CEO is our new board member provided certain marketing services in the amount of $9,645 and $33,775, respectively.
