RELATED PARTIES TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 4 – RELATED PARTIES TRANSACTIONS On May 10, 2021, the board of directors of the Company appointed a new member. During the nine months ended September 30, 2021, a consulting company whose founder and CEO is our new board member provided certain marketing services in the amount of $30,000.
