Subsequent Events	NOTE 13 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS: On October 24, 2016, the Company appointed a new executive vice president and chief commercial officer of the Company, effective as of the same date. The initial term of his employment ends on October 23, 2018, unless earlier terminated or extended.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
