NOTE 13 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS:

During the first quarter of 2015, the board of directors approved implementing a cost reduction/focused spending plan. See Note 1b.

On January 5, 2015, the Company amended the employment agreements with the Company's CEO and COO. See Note 1b.

On March 9, 2015, the Company sold 34,369,675 shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase 34,369,675 shares of common stock in a public offering. See Note 1d.
