On June 17, 2019, ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (“ServisFirst”) announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share, payable on July 12, 2019 to stockholders of record as of July 1, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
