(“ServisFirst”) announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share, payable on January 11, 2019 to stockholders of record as of January 2, 2019. Servisfirst Bancshares, Inc. Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend by 36%

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Dec. 17, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc., (NASDAQ: SFBS) (“ServisFirst”), the holding company for ServisFirst Bank, today announces: At a meeting held on December 17, 2018, its Board of Directors increased the company’s quarterly cash dividend from $0.11 per share to $0.15 per share.  The dividend is payable on January 11, 2019 to stockholders of record as of January 2, 2019.  ServisFirst has increased its dividend annually since the company went public in 2014.
