Employee Benefit Plan	15. Employee Benefit Plan The Company sponsors a 401(k) defined contribution plan for its employees. Employee contributions are voluntary. The Company matches employee contributions in an amount equal to 100% of the first 3% of eligible compensation and 50% of the next 2% of eligible compensation, and such employer contributions are immediately vested. During the years ended December 31, 2019, 2018 and 2017, the Company provided matching contributions of $0.2 million, $0.4 million and $0.4 million, respectively.
