On November 16, 2018, BMCA, BMGP, BMCO, BMSC and BMM sold 1,489, 333, 1,488, 557 and 1,489 shares of Common Stock, respectively, for $7.55 per share and 2,779, 621, 2,780, 1,040 and 2,780 shares of Common Stock, respectively, for $7.50 per share. Elliot Mandelbaum, a former employee of BMCM, serves as a member of the board of directors of the Issuer as the representative of BMCM.
