We filed our Industry Guide 7 Report and Supplemental Disclosures with the Mining Engineer of the SEcurities and Exchange Commission (SEC), on March, 2012. The Sec's Mining Engineer has advised us that he had no objections to the disclosure of the information as set forth in the Industry Guide 7 Report. As a result, we will report in subsequent discclosre reports to the SEC as a Development Stage Company, beginning with our first quarter periodic report of 2012.

The Industry Guide 7 Report is attached hereto as Exhibit 9A, to this Form 8-K.
