SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to the year ended July 31, 2025, the Company raised on October 24, 2025 a total of $7,000,000 through the sale of 28,000,000 units at a price of $0.25 per unit. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase an additional share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.45 until October 24, 2028.
