3.           CASH AND CASH EQUIVALENTS

As at October 31, 2023, the balance of cash and cash equivalents is $686,283 (July 31, 2023: $758,272) of which $236,046 (July 31, 2023: $682,807) is cash equivalents related to Guaranteed Investment Certificates (GICs) held during the period.
