7.           RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

Key management personnel consist of the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and the directors of the Company. The remuneration of the key management personnel is as follows:

a) Salaries of $101,250 (2021 - $101,250) to the CEO of the Company.

b) Director fees of $60,000 (2021 - $60,000) to directors of the Company.

c) During the period ended April 30, 2022, the Company paid $105,535 (2021 - $104,740) in professional and consulting fees to a company controlled by a director of the Company.

d) Share-based compensation of $406,790 (2021 - $560,792) for options granted during the period ended April 30, 2022.

e) As at April 30, 2022 and July 31, 2021, $20,262 and $34,010 were owed to related parties, respectively.
