Subsequent Events</b> </div> <div align="left" style="font-size: 10pt; margin-top: 6pt">          As of July 28, 2009, the Company completed the $250 million share repurchase program announced on May 21, 2009, repurchasing in the aggregate approximately 3.7 million shares of its outstanding common stock. On July 27, 2009, the Company announced that its Board of Directors had approved an additional share repurchase program, authorizing the Company to repurchase in the aggregate up to $750 million of its outstanding common stock. Purchases by the Company under this program may be made from time to time at prevailing market prices in open market purchases, privately negotiated transactions, block purchase techniques or otherwise, as determined by the Company’s management. The purchases will be funded from existing cash balances, including proceeds from the issuance of the Notes (see Note 7 for a description of the Notes). </div> <div align="left" style="font-size: 10pt; margin-top: 6pt">          This program does not obligate the Company to acquire any particular amount of its common stock.
