SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 11: SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Futureland Corp. signed a binding letter of intent to purchase 32% of Amps Electric, Inc., a Massachusetts Company, by joint venturing with Greenleaf Holdings, LLC's, a Florida Limited Liability Company, 80% purchase of the company.
