SHORT-TERM LOAN - RELATED PARTIES	NOTE 5: SHORT-TERM LOAN – RELATED PARTIES Short-term loans amounted to $36,391 and $160,000 as of March 31, 2014, and December 31, 2013, respectively. The Company has received short-term loans from related parties totaling $107,500, and repaid $231,109 as of March 31, 2014. The loans are non-interest bearing and are due on demand (see Note 9).
