8. Subsequent Events

On March 10, 2022, The Company issued 70,000,000 shares of common stock pursuant to a private placement for cash proceeds of $138,055 (Cdn$175,000), which was received at February 28, 2022.

On March 10^, 2022, the Company issued 193,660,000 shares of common stock with a fair value of $774,640 to settle accounts payable of $379,147 (Cdn$459,150), resulting in a loss on settlement of $395,493.

The Company has evaluated subsequent events through the date which the financial statements were available to be issued. All subsequent events requiring recognition as of February 28, 2022, have been incorporated into these financial statements and there are no subsequent events that require disclosure in accordance with FASB ASC Topic 855, "Subsequent Events", other than as shown above.
