The Board of Directors declared a cash distribution to the Partnership’s unitholders for the second quarter of 2019 of $0.61800 per unit, or $280.0 million in aggregate. The cash distribution is payable on August 13, 2019, to unitholders of record at the close of business on July 31, 2019.

For the 2018 periods noted below, WES Operating paid the following cash distributions to WES Operating’s common and general partner unitholders:
