Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On March 22, 2016, Jacqueline A. Dimpel announced that her employment with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (“Anadarko”) will terminate. Such termination will be effective April 8, 2016, and as a result of her departure from Anadarko, we expect that her service as a Senior Vice President of (a) our general partner and (b) our wholly owned subsidiary, Western Gas Holdings, LLC, will also terminate on that date.
