Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Dividend Declared on Common Stock. On October 22, 2020, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per common share. The dividend will be paid on or about November 13, 2020, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 4, 2020. The Company has evaluated the effects of events that have occurred subsequent to September 30, 2020 through the issuance date of these consolidated financial statements (unaudited). Other than the event described above, there have been no material events that would require disclosure in the consolidated financial statements or in the notes to the consolidated financial statements.
