The Company will furnish without charge to each shareowner who so requests a summary statement of the designations, terms, relative rights, preferences, limitations, purposes and voting powers and the prohibitions, restrictions and qualifications of the voting and other rights and powers of the shares of each class of stock which the Company is authorized to issue insofar as they have been fixed and determined and the authority of the Board of Directors in respect thereto. Requests may be directed to the Secretary of the Company.

The following abbreviations, when used in the inscription on the face of this certificate, shall be construed as though they were written out in full according to applicable laws or regulations:
