The agreement calls for an underwriting fee of six percent (6%) of the amount raised in the public offering as well as warrants to purchase the aggregate number of shares as would be equal to three percent (3%) of the total number of shares sold pursuant to the public offering. The Company entered into an agreement for environmental services in China. The agreement calls for a fixed monthly fee of $7,500 and shall terminate on December 31, 2013, unless extended upon mutual written agreement of the parties.
