LETTER OF INTENT	NOTE 9 LETTER OF INTENT On August 30, 2013, the Company entered into a non-binding letter of intent for the purchase of Elite Construction and Fabrication, LLC for a total consideration of $5,500,000. This Letter of Intent expired on November 15, 2013.
