Major Customers


For the three months ended March 31, 2021, two customers accounted for approximately 69.6% and 25.8% of the Company’s revenues. As of March 31, 2021, one customer accounted for approximately 96.2% of the Company’s accounts receivable, net.


For the three months ended March 31, 2020, two customers accounted for approximately 62.2% and 36.9% of the Company’s revenues, respectively. As of March 31, 2020, one customer accounted for approximately 85.9% of the Company’s gross accounts receivable.


For nine months ended March 31, 2021, one customer accounted for approximately 87.3% of the Company’s revenues. As of March 31, 2021, one customer accounted for approximately 96.2% of the Company’s accounts receivable, net.


For nine months ended March 31, 2020, three customers accounted for approximately 40.0%, 29.1% and 28.3% of the Company’s revenues, respectively. As of March 31, 2020, one customer accounted for approximately 85.9% of the Company’s gross accounts receivable.


Major Suppliers


For the three months ended March 31, 2021, two suppliers accounted for approximately 57.4% and 24.7% of the total costs of revenue, respectively.


For the three months ended March 31, 2020, two suppliers accounted for approximately 48.3% and 28.0% of the total cost of revenues, respectively.


For the nine months ended March 31, 2021, two suppliers accounted for approximately 49.4% and 33.8% of the total cost of revenues.


For the nine months ended March 31, 2020, four suppliers accounted for approximately 27.2%, 24.7%, 18.2% and 10.0% of the total cost of revenues, respectively
