Equity interest percentage, description	The Company entered into a cooperation agreement with Mr. Shanming Liang, a director of Guangxi Jinqiao Industrial Group Co., Ltd., to set up a joint venture in New York named LSM Trading Ltd., in which the Company will hold a 40% equity interest.
Subsequent Events, description		The Company issued an aggregate of 1,000,000 shares of the common stock to Mr. Shanming Liang at a purchase price of $1.00 per share. The company received a gross proceeds of $500,500 in second quarter of fiscal year 2020. The rest of the payment is expected to be received by the end of the third quarter of fiscal year 2020.
