Contract, description	The Company entered into a contract to improve its IT infrastructure. The total contract price for the services is $1.2 million and the Company paid a deposit of $1.0 million during the year ended June 30, 2018. The remaining $0.2 million will be paid upon completion of services during fiscal year 2020.
