Shipment service agreement, Description	The Company signed a shipment service agreement with Chongqing Iron and Steel Company ("Chongqing Iron and Steel") which appointed the Company to ship 1 million tons of iron ore and coal to their designated port with service period from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019.
