Sale of stock, Description			The placement agent received a cash commission fee equal to 7.5% of the gross proceeds. The offering was closed on March 14, 2018. The offering of the 2 million shares is being made pursuant to the Company’s effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-222098), which was originally filed with the SEC on December 15, 2017, and was declared effective by the SEC on February 16, 2018.
