11. MAJOR CUSTOMER

For the six months ended December 31, 2011, approximately 51% and 11% of the Company’s revenues were from two customers. For the six months ended December 31, 2010, approximately 59% of the Company’s revenues were from one customer. The Company provides services to one customer under an exclusive agency agreement that expires on December 31, 2012. At December 31, 2011, the same customer accounted for approximately 10% of the total accounts receivable balance.
