Note Receivable	(2) Note Receivable On October 19, 2010, the Company entered into a $145,000 promissory note agreement with a private company. The aggregate amount of promissory notes issued by the private company was $600,000. The promissory note was noninterest bearing. On November 1, 2011, the Company sold the note to a related party for gross proceeds of $145,000.
