2. Mr. Mao is a co-trustee and exercises shared voting and investment power.
3. This employee stock option was granted on May 20, 2020. 25% of the underlying shares vest on the 1st anniversary of the vesting commencement date; thereafter, the remaining 75% vest 1/36th per month.
