CONCENTRATION OF CREDIT RISK AND MAJOR CUSTOMERS

NOTE 12:- CONCENTRATION OF CREDIT RISK AND MAJOR CUSTOMERS

a. For the three month period ended March 31, 2016 (unaudited), the Company had two major customers that accounted for approximately 26.7% of its consolidated revenues.

For the nine month period ended March 31, 2016 (unaudited), the Company had three major customers that accounted for approximately 34.9% of its consolidated revenues.

For the year ended June 30, 2015, the Company had one major customer that accounted for 24.6% of its consolidated revenues.

b. As of March 31, 2016 (unaudited), three customers accounted for 38.5% of the Company’s net accounts receivable and as of June 30, 2015, one customer accounted for 30.0% of the Company’s net accounts receivable.
