Subsequent Events	15. Subsequent Events On February 23, 2012, the Company entered into a new three year management agreement with its manager, Atlantic Capital Advisors, LLC. Under terms of the new agreement, the base fee structure remains unchanged. Significant changes include clarifying and expanding the expenses incurred on behalf of the Company for which the manager can be reimbursed and revising the termination provisions.
