Warranty

The Company recognizes the cost associated with its standard warranty on Engines and Products at the time of sale. The general warranty period begins at the time of sale and typically covers two years, but may vary due, in general, to product type and geographic location. The amount recognized is based on historical failure rates and current claim cost experience.
