Assets Held For Sale	Assets Held for Sale On July 1, 2009 the Company announced a plan to close its Jefferson and Watertown, WI manufacturing facilities in fiscal 2010. At October 2, 2011 and at July 3, 2011, the Company had $4.0 million included in Assets Held for Sale in its Consolidated Balance Sheets consisting of certain assets related to the Jefferson, WI production facility. Prior to the closure, the facility manufactured all portable generator and pressure washer products marketed and sold by the Company within its Power Products Segment.
