In addition, Paul O'Connor and his immediate family members sharing the same household made eight open market sales during the period between January 14 and January 24, and as of the date of this Form 4, directly owns 1,378,421 shares of Class A Common Stock. 1,000,000 shares of the Class A Common Stock and all of the shares of the Class B Common Stock securities reported are beneficially owned directly by BIOeCON B.V. Paul O'Connor, a Dutch citizen with a business address of Hogebrinkerweg 15 e, 3871 KM Hoevelaken, The Netherlands, is the managing director of BIOeCON B.V.
